I'm Nick Epting, a photographer who recently moved back home to Southport, NC. For the past eight years I've shot high-volume commercial photography across Southern California: dealership inventory, multiple compositions, and tight same-day deadlines. I bring that same discipline to real estate, with precise exposure control, off-camera lighting, and clean edits that make every space look its best. I handle shoots end-to-end, work independently on location, and turn around fast. Currently accepting real estate photography and videography work in the Southport and Wilmington area.
